ReziCAD offer a complete design and drafting service, including preparation of working drawings for construction and can also coordinate the necessary consultants you will need to fully document your building project from start to finish.Our professional team will strive to interpret your requirements to assist in the process of designing and documenting your visions. Whilst ReziCAD has only been operating as a business since 2008 we have a combined expertise of over 50 years’ experience in the industry. ReziCAD’s Managing Director, Andrew Milford, has eight years’ experience specializing in residential design and drafting under the banner of AJM Design & Drafting, and has worked with several major builders in the South East Queensland region.
From commencement we have established a strong working relationship with our clients and this together with our professionalism and the effective use of modern construction materials has combined to give our clients an innovative and desirable outcome.

The Process
Design
ReziCAD can provide a complete design service to match your individual needs. You can choose from our extensive range of examples or meet with our designers and compile a design brief. From there our team will put together your design taking into consideration all the elements of your brief, along with statutory and site requirements.
Working Drawings
Once the Preliminary Concept Plans have been signed off, the working drawings can be completed. The working drawings package comprises of Site plan, more detailed floor plans, Elevations, Bracing and tiedown details, Timber schedules and Slab plan. These plans include standard details for construction methods and take into consideration what is required to obtain your building approval.
Preliminary Concept Drawings
Once you are happy with the design sketch the next stage is to complete the preliminary concept plans. These plans will consist of a Site plan, Floor plan and Elevations and will allow for the accurate estimation of materials and costs to complete the construction.
